Indian LakeElementary School

The very first Laker Zone Assembly of the school year focused on how to be a buddy, not a bully at Indian Lake Elementary School!
The Zone Buster explained that bullying is being mean on purpose over and over again. With help from her team and Kid Chaos, the Zone Buster showed students several examples of bullying including physical, social and sneaky bullying. 
She also announced that ILES will host an upcoming Anti-Bully Week November 10th-14th featuring a Family Game Night, a poster contest, a Unity Day and special prizes. 

Then the 1st Quarter Laker Zone winners were announced. They are:

Pre-K- Charles Roby and Nova Low

Kindergarten- Vincent Onyema, Layla Watkins, Khaleesi James, Celine Major, Jack Cascioli and Briggs Wickersham


1^st Grade- Ana Gala Placeres, Florence Wischmeyer, Melanie Harpst, Callie Claybaugh, Scarlett Gray, Kinslee Vickers and Greyson Watkins

2^nd Grade- Avery Smith, Addy Sanders, Raelynn Tucker, Myla Gillespie, Nora Brown, Kadence Preece, JJ Griffiths and Brookie Fuerst


3^rd Grade-Emory Johnson, Andre Miller, Arthur Ramaharonirina, Isaac Spurlock, Brayson Wells, Lenny Griffiths and Emmy Whitlow

4^th Grade-Harper Moody, Eden Kaser, Eliana Kates, Walker Davis, Harriet Overmyer and Maddix Dolan

Students who achieved perfect attendance for the first nine weeks were entered into a drawing for new bicycles. The winners were LJ Epps and Maria Thornsberry.
