The Leapin’ Lakers performed for the ILES student body recently to help kick off the Kids Heart Challenge in gym class.
February is Heart Health Month. ILES Physical Education teacher Mrs. Soos says students will be jumping rope and doing other fun activities in class that help strengthen the heart. Students are also encouraged to participate in the Kids Heart Challenge fundraiser for the American Heart Association. Information went home with students this week. You can also donate at
