Molly Hall

As a proud graduate of Indian Lake in 1999, I was so happy to come back and begin my education career.  I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Middle Childhood Education from Ohio Northern University in 2003 and then my Master’s in Educational Leadership from Wright State University in 2008. I spent my first 8 years in the classroom teaching various grade levels but mostly 8th grade Algebra and General Math.  In 2011, I began serving as the ILES Principal.

As Principal, I have a variety of areas that I am responsible for throughout the year. Primarily, I choose appropriate curriculum and instructional strategies, facilitate professional development for teachers and conduct ongoing staff evaluations.  It is my ultimate goal to help lead our entire staff in making ILES an environment where all students feel safe, comfortable and encouraged to do to their best.

Beyond the school day, I enjoy attending sporting events, spending time with family/friends and shopping.  My husband and I are the proud parents of three boys who all attend Indian Lake-Maddux is in 10th grade, Cooper is in 8th grade and Miller is a 4th grader.

Please feel free to contact me at any time throughout the year. I truly believe that education is a partnership and I want you to know that I am always here to help!  Go Lakers!
