Grant Wickline-Noetic Winner

30 ILES third grade students competed in the Noetic Math Contest in early April and recently received the results.

The Noetic Learning Math Contest is a national mathematics contest for elementary and middle school students. The goal of the competition is to foster students’ interest in math, to develop their problem solving skills and to inspire them to excel in math.

For ILES, Grant Wickline was the team winner with the highest score. Wickline made the National Honor Roll with a score in the top 10-percent.

In addition, 7 other ILES students earned a certificate for scoring in the top fifty-percent of third graders.  They are as pictured left to right: Hayes Henry, Lane Kipker, Chase Polhamus, Grant Wickline, Judah Brooks, Cale Buchenroth, Heidi Wolf and Kevin Acosta.
