Mr. Reprogle

I am a 1984 graduate of Indian Lake High School. For my undergraduate studies I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana in 1988. As a graduate, I completed special education certification from the University of Dayton in 1990, a master’s degree from Wright State University in Teacher Leader in 1998 and administrative endorsements including supervisor, principal, assistant superintendent and superintendent in 2000.

The 2019-20 school year will be my 32nd year working in public education. I have been employed at Indian Lake Schools during my entire 32 year teaching profession.

Outside of the office, I enjoy fishing, catering, WWII reenacting, and working for my youngest son, Hunter, in his lawn mowing business. My wife, Leah, and I have 3 children; Zane (24), Aubrey (18) and Hunter (16).

As Co-Principal at ILES, I embrace a variety responsibilities on any given day. The two most critical responsibilities that I am the most passionate about involve our students’ social and emotional well-being and building operations/safety concerns. At the elementary level it is imperative that we take the time to develop every students’ social and emotional well-being. This means teaching the desired behaviors that will help them be successful in life. School safety, a school-wide discipline program, attendance and daily routines that run smoothly are paramount to assure that the teachers can effectively teach.

I love working with the students, staff, parents and community at ILES. The most rewarding part of my job is the energy and enthusiasm the students at the elementary demonstrate every day. Overall, I feel blessed to have had such a long, wonderful career supporting and serving the students and families of the Indian Lake community. Please feel free to call or stop in anytime, my door is always open.
